Hospice House Brookside - Comming Soon
Designed to look and feel like a private home, the 34,000 sqare foot Hospice
House Brookside will be located adjacent to The Hospice's Community Service
Center on Tampa Road in Palm Harbor. For its thirty residents, Brookside
will combine the best of health care team skills, volunteer commitment and
shared compassion. This new facility will provide comforting retreats for
families, friends, staff and volunteers.
