The Hospice Foundation of the Florida Suncoast
The Hospice Foundation of the Florida Suncoast was established in 1983 to advance understanding, participation and support of The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast family of programs and to ensure sound stewardship of the community resources entrusted to the organization.
The Hospice Institute, Inc.
The Hospice Institute of the Florida Suncoast is a practice-based center of excellence for end-of-life and palliative care education, consultation, research and innovation. The Institute is a community resource for people living in Pinellas County, and provides national programs and resources for those involved in end-of-life care across the country.
AIDS Service Association of Pinellas, Inc. (ASAP)
The mission of ASAP is to provide high quality, culturally competent, compassionate services to persons infected or affected by HIV/AIDS by offering a comprehensive continuum of care; and to influence the health and human services community in the care of all people who are infected or affected by HIV/AIDS by participating on a local, regional, national and international level. ASAP offers client focused care that includes: prevention services, client education, community resource education, support and advocacy, counseling, case management, and limited financial assistance.
Project GRACE
Project GRACE is dedicated to empowering people to communicate their specific medical treatment decisions before they become unable to make their decisions known. As a member of The Hospice family of programs, Project GRACE provides individual and family advance care planning services in addition to providing professional and community education and programs about healthcare decision-making.
